Edwin Snowe’s constitutional violation
Couple of weeks ago, Former House Speaker “Edwin Snow” took his colleagues to the supreme court of Liberia for unconstitutionally booting him out of his speakership position. The Supreme Court termed the operation of the majority legislature in the city of Virginia as “unconstitutional”. Former Speaker Edwin Snowe “in this case” was considered the winner (in the verbal or written confine of the Supreme Court of Liberia). Snowe, as usual, went on boasting and throwing words across to the executive branch of government again. What Snowe and his confuse jurors did not know was that they (Snowe and the Supreme Court) cannot or could not enforced any decisions made at the Supreme Court. They termed the temporary operation of the Legislature in Virginia ‘unconstitutional’ and demanded the majority Legislature to return to the Edwin Snowe unilateral selected pavilion in central Monrovia. In few days, Snowe covertly gathered his grona boys led by Mulbah Morlu to disrupt Legislative activities at the Unity Conference Center (under the pretend of demonstration).
All of Snowe’s plans failed and he finally got to find out that he was on his way down.
